The City of Palm Bay is requesting proposals from qualified professional contractors to provide Janitorial Services for approximately 37 City buildings and 21 Parks. Services are to be scheduled to cause no interruption or interference with the proper execution of City business. Question End Date 4/16/2024 5:00 PM The work includes furnishing all labor, supervision, transportation, tools, equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the accomplishment of janitorial services in accordance with these specifications. The services shall include all functions normally considered part of satisfactory janitorial work. The contractor shall provide all cleaning supplies and replenishment items such as, but not limited to can liners, toilet paper, paper towels, toilet seat covers, sanitary napkin bags, urinal blocks and soap. The general descriptions and square footage for each building, noted in Attachment A, are not meant to fully describe the area, and are provided as information only. Proposers will be responsible for their own measurements and their own evaluation of the area to be cleaned and shall submit a firm price accordingly. There will be no adjustments, for increase or decrease of square footage required for the job; therefore, the total offer must be based on the accurate measurements by proposers during the site visit. Failure to do so will be at the proposer's risk.
