Questions Due: Wednesday, May 8th, 2024 @ 4:00pm Washington Irving School #14 - Renovation Project Description: Work at this school will include upgrades and architectural renovations to all classrooms, corridors, gymnasium, and cafeteria. Renovations will also be made to the playground, parking lot and other exterior site areas. Further upgrades to the existing building are to include interior lighting and telecommunication. Bids will be received for the following scopes of work: Contract No. 01 - General Trades Contract No. 02 - Electrical Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount.
