Site work for a water / sewer project in Manchester, New Hampshire. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Rehabilitation of Dorrs Pond Dam consists of concrete repairs to deteriorated portions of the concrete spillway, installation of new cut granite curbing for overtopping protection, replacement of existing riprap with new, larger riprap and full grouting, construction of a new concrete wall along the existing dike, and removal of trees within 15 feet of the dam and dike. See attached plans for more details. A $5.00 non-refundable mailing fee will be charged for specifications mailed to any contractor. Checks should be mailed to Department of Public Works, 475 Valley Street, Manchester, N.H. 03103. All individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations intending to bid must be pre-qualified for the project. Those contractors who have not submitted their Annual Prequalification forms and are interested in bidding shall be required to submit their project specific pre-qualification form at least five (5) working days prior to the bid opening. Prequalification forms may be obtained at the Office of the Department of Public Works (475 Valley Street) for $5.00 or downloaded from online Questions regarding this project may be directed to Steven Norander at snorander@manchesternh.gov.
