Replace forward approach slab and approach pavement and curb and gutter. 5. Paint beam ends. 6. Patch the rear abutment. Free Pike, Trotwood: 1. Repair bridge slab and abutment interface. 2. Micro-silica modified concrete overlay by hydro-demolition 3. Curb repair. A certified check, cashier's check, electronic bid bond or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid.
