Question Deadline 10/08/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Substantial Completion Date: April 30, 2027 Pursuant to Section 153.54 et. seq., of the Ohio Revised Code, the bidder shall submit a BID GUARANTY in the form of either: A bond for the full amount of the bid; or A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter 1305, Ohio Revised Code, in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid. The successful vendor must replace the ten percent (10%) bid bond with a one-hundred percent (100%) Performance Bond upon award of the bid. The County Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularity of bids, should same be to the advantage of the county.
