Question Deadline 03/13/2026 All RFIs submitted shall include the solicitation number and title, contractor name, city, state, telephone, email address, date submitted, and the RFI question(s). The estimated magnitude of construction is between $250,000 and $500,000. A renovation of an existing storage closet is required to construct a code-compliant, secure, negative-pressure Hazardous Drug Storage Room and to perform all associated building system modifications shown in the Contract Documents. The completed room must meet VA pharmacy safety, infection control, ventilation, and security requirements. Work performed under future change orders will be administered in accordance with FAR 52.243-4 (DEVIATION JUL 2025) and VAAR 852.243-70, following procedures in FAR 43, VAAR 843, and VAAM M843, with the Contracting Officer serving as final authority on matters not addressed by regulation or policy. All responsible sources may submit a bid.
