The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA/OWNER) is seeking the professional services of a qualified firm, or team of firms, (RESPONDENT) to provide FAA compliant Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) consulting services associated with the Project (s) listed below. The RESPONDENT is invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) relative to the Project (s) listed below per the requirements in Section 2. Project(s): SAFETY RISK ASSESSMENT for BHS Centralized CBIS at Indianapolis International Airport (Project No. I-25-006) A design consultant and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) have been engaged separately by the Indianapolis Airport Authority for this Project. The selected Safety Risk Assessment (SRA) Consultant will be required to coordinate and collaborate with both the design team and the CMc throughout the course of the project design. This will include participation in design reviews, constructability discussions, and safety risk management workshops, as well as the development and maintenance of the Safety Risk Management Document (SRMD), in accordance with FAA guidelines.
