Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Central City, Iowa. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
This public improvement generally consists of the construction of a Gravity Focused mountain bike trail system at Pinicon Ridge Park in Central City, Iowa Work associated with this project may commence any time after the contracts are signed and all permits secured. Actual construction may not start until the shop drawings are approved. Project schedule will be negotiated with the successful contractor at the time of signing the contract. All bidders are asked to submit an estimated time frame for construction and if good used materials are available at the time of the bid submittal.
