This project includes construction of approximately 1,540 linear feet of 6-inch PVC water main and approximately 15 water service connections. This alternate includes construction of PE service lines with meter pits. Two alternate bids will be considered. Contractors may bid on one or both alternates. The contract shall be awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder for Alternate 1 or Alternate 2. The Owner reserves the right to select which alternate they award the contract to after the bids have been considered and reviewed. The lowest price alternate might not be awarded the contract.
