Renovation of a multi-residential development in Muncie, Indiana. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Developers Clesia Ventures, LLC and Baker Tilly, US LLP are seeking experienced General Contracting services in the city of Muncie, Indiana. The Delaware County Housing Authority (DCHA) has selected Clesia Ventures and Baker Tilly as its Master Developer for the revitalization of the Middletown Gardens public housing site. The site consists of 150 multi-family units and the developer seeks to partially demolish and develop over 100 units and rehabilitate approximately 50 units.
