This work shall include but is not limited to sidewalk and curb ramp improvements, driveway and street approach improvements, and providing pavement markings at crosswalks as shown in the plans Work shall begin no earlier than July 22th, 2024 and be completed no later than October 31st, 2024. Each Bid Proposal Packet shall be accompanied by an acceptable certified check or cashier's check made payable to Delaware County Redevelopment Commission or an acceptable Bid Bond in an amount not less than five percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana. If the Bidder is awarded the Contract, a Performance, Labor and Material Bond shall be required in an amount not less than one hundred percent of the total bid price executed by an incorporated surety company in good standing and qualified to do business in the State of Indiana.
