Completion Date: June 27, 2025 The City of Muncie is soliciting bids for our Downtown Gateway Park, which consists of a raised planting area with walkways, modular block walls, site lighting, and an illuminated metal sign showing the shape of the white river, Muncie spelled out, and the shape of Indiana.
