The City of Muncie Community Development Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Safety, is seeking bids for City Wide ADA Annual Sidewalk Improvements. Bids over $50,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid responses may be held by the Board of Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty days after the date set for opening of bids. The Board of Works has the right to reject any and all bid responses. All communication regarding this bid, including any addenda issued, will be conducted by email only.
