Renovation within an existing campus building (5 building sections with about 172k of floor space) for the Arts & Communication, Hargreaves Music, and Theater & Dance Buildings at Ball State University in Muncie, IN. There are 5 building sections in total with renovations throughout. This work will be done during the school year, so considerations need to be taken for students and teaching concurrently with the project (Majority of work will try to be completed during breaks and summer timeframes). This project is funded through a GMP contract and we are bidding out all divisions. This is a public project, so it will be bid in typical public fashion with hard bid dates.
