Roof and Gutter Replacement Tuhey Pool Bathhouse The City of Muncie Community Development Department, on behalf of the Department of Public Works and Safety, is seeking bids for roof and gutter replacement at Tuhey Pool Bathhouse, located in Tuhey Park, just south of the intersection of W. North St. and N. Alameda Ave.in Muncie, IN. This project will be subject to the Davis Bacon Wage Act. General Decision Number IN20240002. Bids over $50,000 must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. Bid responses may be held by the Board of Works for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid for a period of sixty days after the date set for opening of bids. The Board of Works has the right to reject any and all bid responses. All communication regarding this bid, including any addenda issued, will be conducted by email only. Further questions may be submitted to Nikita Adams, nadams@muncie.in.gov. Work to be performed shall be in accordance with drawings and specifications included with this bid packet and prepared by the Owner, or their duly authorized architect(s) or engineer(s). The detailed project scope of work and specifications are attached.
