Site work, outdoor lighting and renovation of a mixed-use development in Shenandoah, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library; for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The scope of work includes cast in place concrete foundations, fabrication and erection of an exterior structure, exterior power and lighting, concrete walks and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. Work of this Contract is NOT subject to compliance with The Davis-Bacon and Related Acts. the estimated value of the Work is approximately $ 300,000.00. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of 5 percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Project Description: Project consists of a new exterior structure to the east of the existing library building. 1. The scope of work includes cast in place concrete foundations, fabrication and erection of an exterior structure, exterior power and lighting, concrete walks and other work as indicated in the Contract Documents. W 15 May 2024 - Final Addendum including Pre-Bid meeting minutes and questions received by deadline.
