Renovation of an educational facility in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replacement of existing CDP and MCC (c/w transformer and panel) with new. Installation of new feeders to existing motors. Replacement of 4 motors and installation of variable frequency drives. Replacement of all existing lighting in basement crawlspace and mechanical room. Testing and adjustment of equipment and sequences after equipment has been installed. Provide labor, material, equipment, related services, and supervision required, including, but not limited to, manufacturing, fabrication, erection, and installation for power meter devices as required for the complete performance of the work, and as shown on the drawings and as herein specified.
