IDOT is requesting a base bid and separate line item proposals for unit price Cubic Yard for fill, concrete, asphalt and granular sub base as detailed on the Bid Line Items Tab. Work to be done during regular working hours and days M - F 7:00 am to 3:30 pm CT, coordinating with site supervisor for day-to-day operations. Site location: 2310 S. 17th Street Grimes, IA 50111 Inspection by Iowa State Building Code Bureau. Required 1 year construction warranty and materials warranty as indicated in specs. Awarded contractor must be a licensed, bonded and insured contractor Electricians must be Iowa licenses bonded and insured. Training: Contractor must train IDOT staff on HVAC system use.
