Roof Replacement. General Scope of Work: Remove skylights and close in openings. Replace sloped and flat roofs with new. Location- 60 Walnut St., Lexington, MA Estimated Construction Cost: $70,000 Deadline for Completion: 30 calendar days from issuance of Notice to Proceed. The work under this Project No. DDS 24-19, Replace Roof., 60 Walnut St., Lexington, Massachusetts includes furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the completion of all the work as shown on the Drawings and/or specified including, but not necessarily limited to, the following: 1. Remove skylights and infill openings with new wood framing. 2. Replace existing sloped shingled roof with new fiberglass asphalt shingles. 3. Replace existing EPDM roof as specified. 4. Replace edge metal, scuppers, downspouts and appurtenances as specified with new. 5. Furnish and install newroof systems, all flashings, and all other components required to provide a complete and watertight system as specified and as shown on the drawings. 6. Contractor shall submit a roofing membrane panel layout showing all seams prior to construction for approval by the Department Engineer. 7. Provide manufacturer's 15-year full system warranty for all flat roof components installed as part of this contract.
