Renovation of a library in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Renovation of the Library Childrens room and meeting room. Hvac, plumbing, Fire Protection and General Construction. The Cary Memorial Library renovations consist of partial demolition, and interior renovations to part of Ground Floor of existing Library. The renovations include some new partitions, two new toilet rooms, new interior finishes, new HVAC and modifications to Electrical, Technology, Fire Protection and Plumbing systems, minor sitework associated with HVAC equipment in an existing mechanical pit. The Owner will occupy the building during construction and the Contractor will have designated access to the project site. Cary Library Renovation. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000.
