Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Lexington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project has been revised due to budgetary reasons including maintaining existing grass but implementing heavy in-situ soil amendments and installation of irrigation system. Bids must be delivered to above agency address no later than the deadline. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids if it's in the public interest to do so. There is no Pre-Bid Meeting scheduled; however, Bidders are encouraged to visit the site after school hours (after 3pm). The field located at 55 Adams Street Lexington, MA 02420. No other formal accommodation will be made by the Owner to show the site. Bidders must visit the site to understand the limits, access, and staging, as well as generate questions related to the site to be addressed via addenda. Submit written requests for clarification and interpretation via electronic mail to Activitas. All such requests must be received by Ben McDonough at Activitas via email (to bjm@activitas.com) prior to 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11, 2024 to be considered.
