Question Deadline: Thu 05/16/2024 4:30 PM* Low $256,500.00 High $313,500.00 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Should a Contractor find discrepancies in, or omissions from, the drawings or documents, or should he/she be in doubt as to the meanings of said documents, he/she should immediately notify the Owner in writing via Email to solicitations@washoeschools.net Remove the existing athletic coating surface. Repair existing, necessary asphalt cracking to prep for placement of petrotac self-adhesive paving membrane 4 approximately 20,000 square feet of hot mix asphalt to the specified section, grade and surface tolerance. Apply approved athletic coating surface in accordance with the manufacturers written capital projects and recommendations and noted requirements. Construct approximately 85 square feet of pcc sidewalk to specified section.
