**As of June 21, 2024 project was awarded but awarded amount is not available.** Description: Reconstruction of an existing 0.15 miles roadway with parking on Minnesota Street between Michigan Street and Ethel Avenue, City of Hancock, Houghton County, MI. Work includes installation of sanitary sewer, water main, storm sewer earth excavation, grading, SESC measures, traffic control, aggregate base, concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, driveways, HMA paving and slope restoration and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Bids should be mailed to the City Office whose address is above. The bid shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope with the notation "SEALED BID ENCLOSED" and the bid shall be in a sealed envelope which indicates the Project Name and Bidder Name. Prior to the time and date designated for receipt of Bids, any Bid that has been submitted may be modified or withdrawn via email to manager@cityofhancock.net or facsimile at (906) 482-7910. Such notice shall be in writing over the signature of the Bidder. Written confirmation over the signature of the Bidder shall be received, and date - and time-stamped by the receiving party on or before the date and time set for receipt of Bids. A change shall be so worded as not to reveal the amount of the original Bid All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding.
