Snow plowing bids must be submitted on a yearly/seasonal cost contract Sander ( load size ) $ per load Snow removal must be completed by 6:30 am. M-F, 7:00am S-S Sanding will be on a request basis only. If you are unable to plow on any certain day, please state the day. Contractor may be called out during the school day if necessary. Contractor may be called out additionally on weekends if necessary. Areas requiring snow plowing/removal are as follows: Elementary; all parking lot areas, sidewalks, playground area, loading dock/kitchen entrance area. Main driveway and walkway from Elevation St. All covered entrances are to be cleared, back blading if necessary. H/S- M/S; all parking lot areas and side walks. Entrances and egress doors must be back bladed if necessary. Bus pick up drop off area, loading dock area. Driveway from Campus Drive. Do not block any gates or entrances/exits Snow will be pushed to a pre determined area to allow for as little snow blowing/drifting as possible. Contractor will be responsible for repairing any property damage to school property including lawns. Contractor must maintain proper insurance throughout life of contract and must provide proof of insurance with bid All drivers operating a motor vehicle or machinery on school property will have valid license or permits as is required on public roadways.
