Metcalfe County Fiscal Court will receive sealed bids on the following items in a quantity sufficient to supply its needs during the 2024/25 Fiscal Year: 1. Crushed stone/gravel 2. Asphalt surface picked up at plant 3. Asphalt base picked up at plant 4. Contract patching per ton 5. Petroleum products 6. Road oil 7. Chip and seal 8. Hauling for crushed stone/gravel as needed The bid shall unequivocally state the price per unit the County will be required to pay during the one (1) year period, July 1, 2024, through June 30, 2025, which shall include all taxes the county will be required to pay, if applicable. Partial bids for only a portion of the items specified may be submitted by any vendor, and Metcalfe County Fiscal Court reserves the right to award all or only a portion of any bid submitted or to re-advertise any items before awarding any contracts. Bids shall be awarded on an evaluated basis. Metcalfe County Fiscal Court reserves the right to waive any informality or reject any and all bids.
