The project location is Exercise Park, located at the intersection of Safford Avenue and Live Oak Street, Tarpon Springs, Florida. The project includes different alternates for the configuration of two (2), three (3), or four (4) Pickle Ball courts with additive options for court lighting as follows: - Two-Court: provide two (2) Pickleball Courts per Plans, prepare site grading to accommodate future four (4) court configuration, provide underground electrical conduits and lighting pole foundations for future four (4) court configuration. As an additive alternate, provide light posts and fixtures for four (4) courts. - Three-Court: provide three (3) Pickleball Courts per Plans, prepare site grading to accommodate future four (4) court configuration, provide underground electrical conduits and lighting pole foundations for future four (4) court configuration.
