The Work consists of any and all labor, materials, goods, supplies, equipment, tools, utilities, temporary facilities, transportation, delivery services, and other services and things of any nature whatsoever as are expressly and impliedly necessary to timely and satisfactorily complete the Project: (i) in strict accordance with the Contract Documents; and (ii) not later than the Required Completion Date specified in the Master Schedule. The Work consists generally of the following:
1) Clean and prepare the roof deck.
2) Cut out all blistered and damaged foam and haul away all debris.
3) Re-foam designated roof area and grind new foam to blend with existing foam.
4) Power wash the entire roof deck.
5) Mask off as necessary to prevent overspray.
6) Re-coat the entire foam roof deck with 1 (one) coat of white elastomeric acrylic coating at a rate of 2 (two) gallon per 100 square foot.
7) Contingency pricing for all wood rot discovered during the tear-off. (18,869 sq. ft.)
8) Provide: CXD - Plywood, 3/4 Inch plywood, 2 x 6 x 12 framing, 2 x 4 x 12 framing, Screws, nails and flashing as needed . License Requirements B-General, and or C-39 Liquidated Damages $1000 Estimated Bid Value

No Scope of Work. The Contractor shall, at its own cost and expense, furnish all
construction and other services (including, but not limited to, all labor, materials, tools, equipment,
services, administration, supervision, and incidental and customary work) necessary and appropriate to
fully and adequately complete the Project in strict accordance with the Contract Documents (Work).
Should any detail or dimension be inadvertently omitted from the Plans and Specifications, it shall be
the Contractors responsibility to request from the Architect the required details or information and to
perform the Work in conformance therewith so that, upon completion of the Work, it will be acceptable
and ready for use by the District.
