Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Project Specifications: Remove existing tanks and properly dispose in accordance with all local, state and federal environmental and safety rules and regulations. Furnish and install five new storage tanks: (1/EA) 500-gallon waste oil tank (3/EA) 500-gallon service fluid tank (1/EA) 1,000-gallon DEF tank Furnish and install stainless steel piping from DEF tank to fuel/service bay where a new DEF dispensing system will also be furnished and installed by Contractor. Install five new dispensing pumps to the new tanks to provide fluid delivery throughout the shop to existing dispensing station locations. All existing piping will be repaired/adapted to attach to the new pumps. Remove existing and furnish/install new leak/high level detection and alarm system for all five new tanks. New alarm panel will be furnished and installed in the Maintenance Supervisor office. Waste oil pump out station will be furnished and installed on the waste oil tank. New pressurized waste oil caddies (2/EA), compatible with the waste oil pump out station, will be furnished. New dispensing reels, hoses, and dispensing guns will be furnished and installed in the existing service bays and fueling bay. All existing piping will be repaired/adapted to attach to the new pumps. Alternate 1: Lincoln LFC6000 (or approved equal) software complete with tank level monitoring, e-mail alerts, installation, training and the first 12 months of any applicable licensing and support fees.
