Questions may be submitted via e-mail to jkobrien@cityofmyrtlebeach.com. Official time of receipt will be marked by the time the e-mail is received, and not by the time that it is sent. E-mail messages can take up to ten (10) minutes or more to be delivered to the intended recipient. All questions received by the deadline will be answered via addendum. The Work consists of a New Visitor's Support building for Doug Shaw Stadium, approximate 2,663 square feet. Construction consists of cmu and face brick, light gauge metal trusses and metal roofing system. Downspouts and gutters. Hollow metal doors and frames, toilet fixtures and partitions. The Work includes but is not limited to suspended ceiling system, painting, masonry work, HVAC, plumbing and electrical, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
