Renovation of a multi-residential development in Arlington, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. The Project consists of but not limited to: Replacement of existing corridor Makeup air units, new exhaust grilles and opposed blade dampers, and balancing. The work is estimated to cost $403,353.88. All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) shall be submitted online by 09/16/2024 at 3:00PM EDT for general bids. A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: Replacement of existing corridor Makeup air units, new exhaust grilles and opposed blade dampers, and balancing. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost
