Pavement Preservation/Various Roadways Using Techniques including Ultrathin Overlay (Bonded Wearing Course) and Stress Absorbing Membrame (Rubber Chip Seal). Question Deadline 06/14/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Questions may be addressed to the Purchasing Agent in writing at mdenatale@town.arlington.ma.us until 4:00 p.m. at least five (5) days before the date set herein for the opening of bids. A written addendum answering questions will be issued if necessary. In general, the Project consists of application of an ultra-thin bonded wearing course surface treatment at various locations in the Town of Arlington. The contract period shall begin on or about July 1, 2024, and shall end on June 30, 2025. The Town may renew the contract for an additional year at its sole discretion Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing and sent via email to the Office of the Town Manager/Purchasing Department at mdenatale@town.arlington.ma.us and to be given consideration must be received on or before seven (7) calendar days prior to the date set for the opening of bids.
