The Work to Be Done Under the Contract is Divided Into Work to Be Completed in Two Consecutive Calendar Years, 2024 and 2025, as Specified Below. The Work Included in the 2024 Road Package Consists of: (a) Asphalt Pavement Reconstruction (I) Seal Road - Cree Road to Mystery Lake Road (Approx. 743 M) (Ii) Westwood Drive - Char Bay to Sauger Crescent (Approx. 925 M) (Iii) Grey Wolf Bay - Wolf Street to Wolf Street (Approx. 618 M) (B) Asphalt Mill and Fill (I) Mallard Crescent - Westwood Drive to Westwood Drive (Approx. 508 M) (Ii) Pintail Crescent - Westwood Drive to Westwood Drive (Approx. 550 M) (Iii) Public Lane - Cree Road to Selkirk Avenue (Approx. 245 M) (Iv) Sandpiper Crescent - Pintail Crescent to Pintail Crescent (Approx. 294 M) A Performance Bond in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price for the due and proper performance of the Work shown and described in the Tender; and A Labour and Material Payment Bond in an amount equal to fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price for the payment for all labour, service and material used or reasonably required for use in the performance of the Work shown and described in the Tender; Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/05/10 03:00:00 PM CDT Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
