Delivery Delivery: Fob Thompson Material Shall Be Delivered and Ready for Use to the Location in or Around Thompson. Between the Award and Delivery of the Supplies, the Contractor is Required to Advise the City of the Status of Our Order, by Providing the City of Thompson With Copies of (if Applicable): A) Factory Acceptance of Order B) Factory Status Reports on Unit 3. Term The Term Starts on the Date Cot Issues a Purchase Order. The Term of the Contract is Three (3) Years Starting From May 1, 2024, Till May 1, 2027, and Shall Continue in Full Force Unless Delayed, Suspended or Terminated as Per the Terms and Conditions of This Rft. Nothing in the Rft Prevents the City From Contracting With Any Other Contractor for the Purchase of Any Supplies Including Any Work and or Material the Same as That Which is Contemplated in the Rft.
