Reference Number 0000262127 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/01/16 04:00:00 PM CST Environment and Climate Change requires a service provider to widen a cross country ski trail at Paint Lake Provincial Park to make it a multi-use hiking/ski/snowshoe trail. The trail has mature black spruce, mixed with deciduous trees along the established 7km ski trail. The trail will need to be widened approximately 3-4 feet. The trees will need to be felled, either mechanically and/or non-mechanical, then trees removed and/or chipped, and brush/limbs piles burnt. The Agreement is anticipated to commence on January 26, 2024 and shall continue until March 15, 2024 Commercial general liability insurance covering claims for personal and bodily injury, death or damage to property arising out of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents providing Services under the Agreement, or as a result of any negligent acts or omissions of the Service Provider or its officers, employees, subcontractors or agents. Such insurance shall provide coverage of not less than five million dollars ($5,000,000) per occurrence.
