Reference Number 0000259625 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/21 12:00:00 AM CST A vendor providing the goods and/or services must meet the following minimum requirements: Provide production, supply, delivery and placement of various aggregate sizes and rip rap materials, Have access to a local quarry. An ACAN is a public notice indicating to the vendor community that Manitoba Hydro intends to award a contract for the goods and/or services to a pre-identified vendor, thereby allowing other vendors to signal their interest and capability to supply the goods and/or services by submitting a statement of capabilities. If no vendor submits a statement of capabilities that meet the requirements set out in this ACAN, at or before the Closing Date, Manitoba Hydro may proceed with the award to the pre-identified vendor. It is the intention of Manitoba Hydro to enter into a sole source contract with Smook Contractors from Thompson Manitoba. The work will include the production, supply and delivery of aggregate/ gravel and rip rap material as well as having the necessary equipment for the placement as and when required The anticipated contract will be in place from December 2023 until December 31, 2028. The estimated budget for the contract is: $3,000,000.00 CAD. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
