Renovation of an educational facility in Thompson, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 600-square-foot educational facility.
The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Central Services, Asset Management, seeks to select a qualified Contractor to provide concrete flooring restoration services (including all labour, materials, supplies and equipment) for the north, south and west entrances at the University College of the North (UCN) Thompson Campus, located on the Main Floor of the building. Total project area is approximately 600 s.f. (exact area to be confirmed by bidders). The restoration work shall include, in general, the removal of the existing dilapidated concrete flooring at the 3 entrances, and to repurpose the areas for mat trays.
