The City of Thompson Has a Plan to Build a Racquet Ball Room in Its Facility of the Thompson Regional Community Center (Trcc). The Trcc Currently Houses Various Types of Entertainment, Fitness and Sporting Facilities. One Room of the Size of a Standard Racquetball Court is Built in the Trcc Complex. The Details of the Existing Room is as Follows: 1 Room Size: 20'x40' With a Clear Height of 29.5 Feet. Size of a Racquetball Room is 20' (W) X40' (L) X20' (H). 2 the Floor is Made of Concrete, and is Good for Fitting of Wooden Hard Board as Required for Racquet Ball Floor. 3 the 4 Side Walls Are Build and Finished, but Needs to Overlay Wooden Boards as Required for Racquet Ball Walls. A.1.4 the Floor Height is 29.5', Much More Than Required 20' Height for Racquetball Room. Therefore, a Light Weight and Non-load Bearing Head Covering Will Be Needed at the Height of 20 Feet From the Floor. 5 a Door Into the Room Currently Exists. It Will Need to Be Evaluated for Conformance With Construction. 6 Light and Ventilation Provisions Must Be Provided to Meet the Racquetball Room Requirements. 7 No Heating Provisions Will Be Needed. 8 the Room Needs to Be Transformed Into a Standard Racquetball Room. 9 the Work Detail Given in Section 3.2 Will Provide a List of Major Activities Needed but Not Limited to, for the Transformation as Mentioned in This Section 3.1.
