Saving Project...

Site work for a municipal facility in Boardman, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

Port of Morrow will be acting as the General Contractor for this project. Work consists of: Materials Only - Supply and Deliver to site: Long Lead Items, Valves, Pumps and Electrical, per plans and specifications for Farm 5 Expansion Phase 1. Supply and Install: Supply Materials and Labor for Installation of 7 Pivots per plans and specifications on Farm 5 Expansion Phase 1. Materials must meet "American Iron and Steel "AIS requirements. Port of Morrow reserves the right to award or reject for good cause, any or all bids, or to postpone the award of the contract upon finding that it is in the public interest to do so. Each bid must contain a statement as to whether the bidder is a resident bidder, as defined in ORS 279a.120. The bidder is subject to all requirements regarding the payment of Prevailing Wage Rates per Public Works Project ORS 279c.800 to 279C.850. The contractor shall complete all work required in the contract by July 1st, 2024 (Materials Only), September 1st, 2024 (Supply and Installation of Pivots) Question Deadline 05/21/2024 Every request for such interpretation should be requested by email at bids@portofmorrow.com or in writing and addressed to Port of Morrow, P. O. Box 200, Boardman, OR 97818 and to be given consideration must be received at least 48 hours prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids WBE (6.9%)
