RFP contractor - Replacement of Membrane Roofing System General Contractors interested in providing services for the project are invited to submit a Statement of Qualifications ("SOQ") to the Authority. The Authority will receive SOQs electronically ONLY, through ONLINE. Project entails replacement of membrane roofing system, approx. 280,000 SF. Estimated Cost $27,700,000. Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the Request for Qualifications documents must be submitted electronically to ONLINE and must be received no later than 5/9/24 @ 5:00 P.M. BCEC roof replacement project, a phased approach, will be to replace the low-sloped roofing system (approx. 280,000SF). The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (hereinafter the Authority) is soliciting General Contractor Services for the BCEC roof replacement project, a phased approach, will be to replace the low-sloped membrane roofing system (approx. 280,000SF), with an estimated cost of $27,700,000 located at 415 Summer Street. Boston, MA. In accordance with Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 149, sections 44A thru 44J, the Authority is seeking a highly qualified and competent General Contractors to provide services to implement the construction, between the Summer of 2024 through Spring of 2026.
