Site work and paving for a bridge / tunnel in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; and for paving for a bridge / tunnel.
Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty (10% of the Bid Amount) and Contract Bond (100% of the Bid Amount) in accordance with Section 153.571 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Village of Indian Hill reserves the right to accept any bid, to reject any or all Bids, and to waive any irregularities in accordance with the Contract Documents. Any Bidder contemplating submitting a Proposal that is in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the Specifications and Contract Documents, or finds discrepancies in or omission from the Bid Documents, may request an interpretation or correction thereof. Any questions shall be directed to Kathleen Dorman, City Engineer/ Project Manager via email at kdorman@ihill.org. This Project shall consist of providing and constructing a thirty-six inch (36") diameter culvert, including headwalls, catch basin, manhole, and restorations at Camargo Road just east of Kugler Mill Road. The Project shall also include other related miscellaneous work as broken down into the various bid items and quantities as shown in these Specifications and Contract Documents. This Project Will Require the Closing of Camargo Road to thru traffic. Detour Routes and signs shall be in accordance with Section 5 - Technical Specifications (3) Supplemental Specifications.
