Cincinnati States Technical and Community College's Main Building has lockers that line hallways on the Second and Third Floors. The College wants to improve the aesthetics of the hallways by removing the appearance of select number of lockers (reference attached images for locations of the lockers). To remove the appearance, the College wants to cover the lockers with a stud/drywall wall. These new drywall walls are to run above the base block of the wall to the ceiling, similar the outside of the Library Schedule Scheduled work may commence July 8, 2024 and must be complete by August 16, 2024 Contractor scope of work is to cover the lockers with a stud/drywall wall in the highlighted areas in the attached document. This wall must run from above the floor base to the ceiling.
