Contractor Qualification Highway Division Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Estimated Cost $696,000 The Town of Sheffield is seeking bids for in-place Bituminous Concrete, approximately 5,800 tons for a leveling course and 2'' surface course, including tack coat. The project is located on various roads included in the specifications. Bid prices shall include all labor, equipment, and material for an in place product.
