Scope of Work
The Town of Foxborough is seeking quotes from experienced, qualified contractors to furnish and apply
an acrylic surface system to repair and reseal the tennis courts at the Booth Recreation Complex, 80
South Street, Foxborough, MA 02035.
All measurements must be verified in the field for accuracy and are the responsibility of the selected
contractor. The selected contractor must notify the Town via its Director of Recreation, Renee Tocci, at
rtocci@foxboroughma.gov at least 48 hours in advance of the work.
An optional site visit will be held at the complex on Tuesday, May 7, 2024 at 10:00 AM. All interested
vendors should meet at the Booth Recreation Complex's tennis courts.
Work shall generally consist of repairing and resealing approximately 1,500 square yards (estimated) of
tennis courts and related items as specified herein, and includes, but is not limited to, the following:
1. Surface preparation
2. Court patch and repair and hairline crack filing and sealing
3. Court resurfacing
4. Court retexturing
5. Layout and striping of tennis court lines
6. Site cleanup
The contractor shall furnish all materials, tools, equipment, labor and supervision necessary to complete
the work as detailed in this RFQ. It is the intent of the Town that these specifications shall describe a complete repair or improvement and that when the work is completed the Contractor shall leave the job
site in a neat and finished condition.
