The purpose of this Program is to repair sidewalks, curb, and gutters that were built in 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 that have been damaged to ensure safe pedestrian traffic. The program is also designed to turn over the maintenance responsibility to Concrete Preservation once all repairs have been made. This contract includes: o Concrete Replacement o Removal and replacement of existing concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, crossings, dropped crossings, and pedestrian ramps. o Removal of asphalt overlay on concrete as required. o Landscaping as required. o Gutter patch paving of curb replacement as required. o Sidewalk Crack Filling o Filling longitudinal and transverse cracks between 5mm and 30mm o Routing sidewalk cracks where required. o Placement of backer tape o Application of blotting agent It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded In June 2024 The term of the Agreement is to be for a period until September 2024. The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
