2024 Resurfacing #6 Roadway Rehabilitation is a program to rehabilitate roads and sidewalks per project scope of work. Selected locations will have some structural imperfections such as depressions, moderate to severe rutting and potholes, along with general failure of the existing pavement surface such as weathering, segregation, and cracking. Resurfacing will increase the structural stability of the roadway and improve drainage and ride by realigning the profile of the road. It is anticipated that the resulting contract will be awarded June 2024 The term of the Agreement is to be for a period until September 2024. Bid Security - Each bid must include bid security in the form of an electronically verifiable digital bid bond The respondent shall provide with their submission, a Letter of Surety, executed under Seal by a Surety Company. Consent of Surety, are required in a digital format, and must be must be verifiable by the Owner. A Scanned Copy of the Consent of Surety will not be accepted.
