Renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Walk-In Cooler Circuit Installation in accordance with the attached RFQ. Statement of Work: Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to install a circuit from a 400A, 240v, single phase panel to a Polar King model H1224 cooler. The contractor shall provide a technical proposal and detailed cost estimate for the entire project as specified in this statement of work. Descriptive literature and written specifications for the equipment in the proposal must be included with the quote. The detailed cost estimate shall provide a breakdown showing the equipment, labor, general conditions, etc. Scope of Work: Furnish all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform installation of circuit from the 400A panel to the walk-in cooler as defined in this SOW and in accordance with State and Local building authorities. All technical questions or questions regarding the Specifications must be submitted by email only to frank.palmer@usda.gov. The final day for question submission is Thursday, May 9, 2024, at 3:00 pm Eastern Time. Period of Performance: 05/20/2024 to 08/19/2024
