This project is being funded using Federal funds, either in whole or in part, and thus the project is subject to all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, all such Federal requirements, including but not limited to the requirements set forth in Article 78 of the General Conditions, must be met. Federal funds are being used either in whole or in part for this project (see the Instructions to Bidders), therefore this project is subject to, and CONTRACTOR must comply with, all applicable Federal laws including but not limited to the Federal Regulations set forth in CFR Title 2, Part 200. Accordingly, CONTRACTOR agrees to comply with all such Federal requirements.
