Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Blairmore, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
Work of this Contract comprises the following: 1. Review of Hazardous Material Survey and complete remedial work of specific areas in existing facility. 2. Removal of existing windows, curtain wall systems, and doors. 3. Inspection and remediation (if required) of the existing window, curtain wall system, and door openings. 4. Installation of windows, curtain wall systems, and doors as directed by the construction documents. 5. Removal of existing shading system and patch as required. 6. Removal of existing soffits, gutters, and downspouts. 7. Installation of soffits, gutters, and downspouts as directed by the construction documents. 8. Removal of existing services (ie. Antenna, power lines, etc.) as directed by the construction documents. 9. Installation of existing services as directed by the construction documents. 10. Outside metal window shades. 11. New lower roof for ECS Classroom. 12. All motion sensors and electronics, including access card readers, on existing doors to be removed and reinstalled on new doors. 13. Remove existing blinds for all Muni owned windows. Return to Building Owner. 14. New interior walls to separate Client and Tenant (Community Services Department) spaces. 15. Remove and reinstall, all Classroom window countertops, at the heat register locations. 16. Office spaces relocated 17. Coordinate access and pre-planned events with Client, to ensure safety, access and construction sequencing.
