Project Title: Repair HVAC Bldg 91259 Hurlburt Project Location: Hurlburt Field Florida Mechanical: Replace five existing VAV air handling units, six constant volume regulators, two chilled water pumps and one air cooled chiller to include associated ductwork piping and HVAC controls. Electrical: Disconnect and reconnect existing HVAC equipment being replaced along with extending electrical circuits to power UV lights and heat strips. - This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-aside under NAICS Code 238220. - Disclosure of Project Magnitude is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. - Pre-bid site visit: Information can be found in Section L - 2.1. - This solicitation will be awarded in accordance with FAR 14, Sealed Bidding.
