Renovation of a museum in Douglas, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
This bid will include the removal of fourteen (14) existing Water Source Heat Pump units and two (2) pumps from the Art Center located at 200- E Central Square Complex. Douglas Ga., and the installation of fourteen (14) New water source heat pump units to be supplied by the low bidder meeting specifications of this bid. This will be a turnkey job all materials, labor etc. will be supplied by the awarded low bidder. All bidders must visit the job site prior to bidding on this project. All bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond, made payable to the City of Douglas in the amount of at least five (5) percent of the lump sum bid. Separate contract Performance Bonds and Payment Bonds equal to one hundred (100) precent of the contract amount will be required from the successful bidder prior to execution of contracts.
